Led by Jamar Dixon, former Canadian professional player and Director of Football at Pacific FC, and  Jodi Grant, Head Coach of the Football Academy and leader of Pacific FC’s female youth development program, the Junior Football Development Program is an after-school program designed for St. Margaret's students in Kindergarten to Grade 7.

As a feeder to the SMS x Pacific FC Football Academy for Grades 8 to 12, which launched this spring to overwhelming success, this program offers early-stage technical training, character development, and foundational athletic skills, all led by Pacific FC’s professional coaching staff.

Girls will be immersed in the same high-performance culture that defines the Academy, giving them an early opportunity to build strength, confidence, and leadership through the game.
