Calling all aspiring volleyball stars aged 11 to 14! Get ready to bump, set, and spike your way to greatness at the South Island Volleyball Camp held at St Margaret's! This action-packed camp is the ultimate destination for young athletes who want to level up their game while having a ton of fun!
You'll dive headfirst into the world of volleyball, guided by a team of
exceptional coaches.
Throughout the camp, you'll have the chance to win awesome prizes and daily
awards with tons of games and specific game scenario drills. It's not just about the competition, though, it's about fostering a positive and supportive environment where everyone can grow and shine.

Our inspiring Spring Break camp for tweens is designed to develop self-confidence and awareness in your child, as well as basic street-smart self-defence skills to protect their growing independence. This scenario-based training covers personal boundaries from family to strangers and the various responses to uphold them. Your child will practice key target areas and techniques for physical self-defence daily, as well as de-escalation, emotional regulation, and practical ways to keep safe and aware of their surroundings. Scenarios include defending an attack from a stranger standing up and from the ground, defending a boundary breach from an acquaintance or friend and learning to set, hold and enforce their boundaries with confidence. This program addresses assault, sexual assault, harassment, bullying, online safety in an age appropriate manner.

This exhilarating, interactive workshop (2.5 hrs) includes an outline of personal boundaries and how to defend them, with emphasis on strangers and
acquaintances.
Participants will practice de-escalation and street-smart self-defence techniques through scenario based exercises, focusing on key target areas from standing or on the ground. In this workshop students will discover their
personal power and the tools they have to defend themselves, physically, mentally and emotionally. Our goal is to leave your child confident, aware and feeling empowered, with basic skills to set, hold and enforce their boundaries in multiple situations. This workhshop addresses assault, sexual assault, arassment, bullying, online safety in an age appropriate manner.
