SMS’s After-School Learning Programmes are open to both SMS and non-SMS students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. These engaging and educational opportunities are designed to spark curiosity and support skill development. Our diverse offerings include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), Arts, and Health and Wellness activities—each thoughtfully curated to enrich both mind and body.

Join Coach Craig Wilkinson for an exciting 8-week tennis program designed for players of all skill levels! Whether you're new to the game or looking to improve your technique, this fun and engaging program focuses on developing fundamental skills through instruction, games, and match play.
Students will build hand-eye coordination, footwork, and racquet skills through ball-handling exercises, learn proper grips and tennis strokes, and apply these skills in fun, game-based activities. It's the perfect combination of learning, practice, and play!

Learn the basics of sewing while creating a fun project to take home! Students will learn how to read a pattern, lay out fabric, pin, cut, and safely use a sewing machine with close supervision. Each participant will complete a stylish hanging jewelry organizer to store earrings, bracelets, and other treasures. All fabric and sewing supplies are included. No experience necessary!

Night League U11 and U13
Join our Night League Basketball Program for an action-packed season of skill-building, teamwork, and fun! This year, we are offering two age groups: U11 (players under 11 as of December 31, 2026) and U13 (players under 13 as of December 31, 2026). Each team will have one game per week, and practices will take place every Friday from 3:30-5:15 PM for both age groups. (Start date to be announced)
Night League will start on October 13th and will end in March 2027. Team sizes will range from 6 to 12 players for U11 and 8 to 16 players for U13, ensuring plenty of playing time for everyone. The registration cost covers coaching, league fees, and insurance. Whether you're new to basketball or looking to sharpen your game, Night League is the perfect place to get involved and have a blast on the court! If you would like more information, a link to the Night League Website will be provided below. If you are interested in joining, please read the Parent/Player Code of Conduct and assumption of risk.

Fasten your seatbelts! Let’s visit the French-speaking world around us. This camp is ideal for anyone with an interest in learning about the beautiful French language and culture. All levels are welcome, including beginners!

Horse Lovers: Unicorns, ponies, and horses!
Do you love all things equine? This is the program for you!!
Do you love horses? Love learning, talking, dreaming about horses? This is for all levels-those who ride horses already or want to, or dream about it…We will explore the history of horses, horse breeds, care, training, and more.
We will also work on equine levels for those interested. These credits count towards high school course credits, which is a bonus.

If you have a passion for languages and want to learn Spanish, this is the camp for you. No previous experience is required. As we learn the language, we will explore the vibrant Spanish culture, including learning about arepas in Argentina, the Tomatina tomato festival in Spain, and the pyramids in Mexico.
This camp is a blend of language learning and craft time as we learn about llamas in Peru and make crafts, enjoy chips and salsa, and more.
