Parveen has been part of the SMS community for over eleven years taking extraordinary care of our girls in Residence. Her past experience in a bakery is put to good use as she works with our Culinary team in Alexis Hall to serve our girls and staff. Her favourite dishes to prepare are samosas and an Indian dish called chapatti which is a naan-filled treat made with ground cauliflower and grilled. It is highly welcomed and is on the top ten list of our students. Parveen loves cooking for the girls and she enjoys the busyness of the kitchen. She doesn't hesitate to help her colleagues in prepping meals, preparing the salad bar and cleaning up after a dinner service.
