The St. Margaret's School Society elects the Board to govern St. Margaret's School on its behalf.

The Purpose of the Board is to:

• Prepare and maintain a clear statement of St. Margaret's School's mission and objectives.
• Be accountable to the St. Margaret's School Society for the overall governance of the School.
• Set fees and policies.
• Provide guidelines for the Head of School to direct the daily operations of St. Margaret's.
• Establish a program of scholarships and bursaries.
• Oversee the management of School assets including its buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Have final responsibility for the financial resources and investments of St. Margaret`s.
  
  

The St. Margaret's Board of Governors is committed to:

• High academic standards that prepare students for post-secondary education.
