Strategic Plan
The St. Margaret's School Strategic Plan: 2008 - 2011 supports the mission statement and philosophy of St. Margaret's. The Strategic Plan will direct course development and renewal, innovations in technology, faculty and staff renewal, and student diversity.

Minutes: April 2012
Minutes from the most recent meeting are available online. Past meeting minutes may be requested from Sally Green, Recording Secretary. A copy of the Minutes for the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the St. Margaret's School Society will be available upon request to Sally Green once they have been approved by the membership.

Board Newsletter
This newsletter comes out every Spring and Fall of each year.

Nomination Form
Elections are held at the St. Margaret's School Society Annual General Meeting each fall. A call for nominations is issued at least 60 days before a Board of Governors elections. A candidate's nomination form, resume, and consent must be submitted to the Nominating Committee at least 30 days before election date.

Policy Manual
This manual directs members of the Board in their actions and decisions. It defines the terms of reference for all committees and the procedures that must be followed before any policy is approved. An electronic copy may be requested from Sally Green, Recording Secretary.

Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct, as approved by the Board of Governors, explains the School's behavioural expectations for its professional employees, staff, students and parents when interacting with each other; and sets out a process for addressing complaints of unacceptable conduct as defined in the policy.

Governors' Code of Conduct
In November 2010, the Board updated its Code of Conduct for Individual Governors. The Code sets out the expectations of Board members in their volunteer service on behalf of St. Margaret's.

Board Competency Matrix
The Competency Matrix identifies the skills and expertise that are necessary at the Board level to ensure that the Board is able to effectively carry out its duties on behalf of the St. Margaret's School Society. It is updated annually.

Board Calendar
The Board Calendar sets out the decisions and tasks mandated of the Board each school year in accordance with the Saint Margaret's School Society Bylaws and the operational requirements of the School.
